How to Use:

1. First install the UFS driver by opening dpinst_64.exe for x64 bit or dpinst_32.exe for x86 (x32) bit Windows.
For Windows XP install "WinUSB Drivers x86.msi" to fix "winusb.dll not being loaded" error.
1.1. In case there is an issue with the installation try to manually copy the files from amd64 or i386 to system32.
for 32 bit OS : C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver
for 64 bit OS : C:\Program Files (x86)\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver

2. Connect your HWK box to PC (and install the drivers automatically in the wizzard if needed)

3. Verify that the box connected successfully and the drivers are recognized, if not disconnect your box and try doing step 1.1 and 2.
In case you keep getting error "Bad Environment" when opening UFS Panel (or other UFS program) and you are unable to resolve it,
try using a Windows XP virtual machine. This is a great tutorial on how to setup that:
https://helpdeskgeek.com/virtualization/how-to-set-up-a-windows-xp-virtual-machine-for-free/

4. Make sure that you are connected to the interent and Run UFS_Panel from :
for 32 bit OS : C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_Panel
for 64 bit OS : C:\Program Files (x86)\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_Panel

5. Click Yes on "Cannot Find Server1, Continue Without?" popup.
If you get "Can't open internet URL. InternetOpenURL failed!" error, it means that Server2 is offline.
You will have to wait until it is back online to be able to authorise and use the software :(
Check and get notified when it's back online here: https://sarassoft.weebly.com/

6. If You Only have One UFSx Connected it will be Selected, if More than One, Select the Check Box Next to the Required UFSx.
You can Click "Scan Boxes" to Refresh the List if you have Connected Further Boxes since Opening the Control Panel.

7. Click "Check Box"

8. Click "Update Box"

9. Click "Check Box" - Make Sure "Box Status" = "True" or "Bad Software" and "Server Status" = "Support OK", before Proceeding

10. Switch to the "Software" Tab

11. (Skip) Amend "Application Install Path" and/or "Nokia Install Path", if Required.

12. Click "Install / Auth" to authorise the software

13. If You have More than 1 UFSx+HWK Run Steps 5-12 for Each UFSx+HWK (NOTE: You Must Install Something at Step 12)

14. Extra: It is smart to backup your registry via UFS Panel to "reg_name.reg" in case you reinstall your software later.
The saved registry is valid only for the PC it was registered to (and the box/es of course).
